About
PERDA (performance-reliability-damage) is a software environment for stochastic analysis, sensitivity analysis, damage identification, heuristic optimisation and reliability-based optimisation (RBO) of the user-defined numerical model. It utilises FReET software as the simulation processor and significantly extends possibilities of model definition and subsequent analysis in a user-friendly way. Without FReET (see www.freet.cz) instaled on the user’s PC, only the Input perturbation-based sensitivity analysis will work correctly. We want to refer the reader to the FReET theory guide to details on implemented simulation methods and corresponding theoretical background. The software also offers an interface for Finite element solver ATENA (see details at www.cervenka.cz)
Visual Scripting Language
The user within the chart scene defines the scripts to be executed by connecting the output and input ports of the nodes. The methods encapsulated within the nodes are controlled via dialogues holding inner settings of the nodes. Each Node has input ports on the left and output ports on the right side. Outputs might be connected to multiple inputs, while each input might be connected to only one output. The mutual connection defines data streams during the analysis. See manual for further details on implemented methods and workflow in PERDA.
